Description: Phoenix Unlimited is the new booking platform of a leading European tourism company.

The goal of this project is to implement enhancements to the system, according to customer specifications, as well as to achieve optimizations and account for administration on database level.

Own tasks:
  • Analysis of data constellations
  • Building new functionalities and enhancing existing ones based on the customers’ specifications
  • (Re)Design of data structures and processes
  • Data consolidation and cleanup
  • Setting up and using XML schemas
  • Generating XML data in the database
  • Performance tuning
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, on-call duty
  • Data transfers between instances (Data Pump and own code)
